Chemistry Problem Need help!?

I think it would be c because the salt would neutralize some of the acid, but not all of it. It would not be basic, because what applies in math (2 negatives is a positive) does not apply in chemistry (much). If ice was cooled, and then cooled again, it would not get warmer. I'm not too great with acids, though...
