I live in the Philippines,where can I find CCS and other mangas?

I have difficulty finding manga myself so what i did is buy the complete manga series of Naruto ( up to the current ) from ebay.com.ph. it's easy coz you can either pay thru g-cash or just meet up w/ the seller if it's ok w/ them so that you don't have to pay extra for shipping fees....
