Name that Disney movie..... plz?

Now when I was little my dad bought me this really fun Disney movie (maybe, it might not even be Disney at all) but the name's a little fuzzy. I think it's something along the line of Babes in Toyland (it's animated, not the Christmas one) and all I can really remember is 2 kids, brother and sister (orphans?) and an eggy, Humpty Dumpty character. oh and a cool train. plz help, I want to show my little brother this movie direly.
