[Trojan.Win32.Monder.adyt] Can Some Help Me Remove This Virus?

[Trojan.Win32.Monder.adyt] It is turning off my window's security, pop ups, and trying to read my keystroke. My ZoneAlarm anti-virus can't even remove it. Each time it does, it either crash or failed. Please help me.
