What would have happened if John Wilkes Booth failed to kill Lincoln?
According to history, John Wilkes Booth among other conspirators tried to kill a few important people to help the Confederacy's cause. Because John Wilkes Booth only succeed in the plot, what would have happened if he failed to kill Lincoln?
