Why can't I go through the Christmas Tree door in Kingdom Hearts?

I defeated Oogie Boogie and Oogie Boogie Mansion, and I defeated Neverland, but for some reason I can't open the Christmas Tree door in Moonlight Hill in Halloween Town. Did I happen to skip something? Please help!
