Dry callused hands! How to fix?

I'm a swimmer so my skin gets very dry. Two lotions that are very good are Vaseline Intensive Rescue moisture locking lotion and supposedly Gold Bond is really good too. I bought so many bottles of the Vaseline stuff and my skin isn't itchy and its soft. I feel like even if you don't buy that specific one, vaseline is really good in general. My dad claims he loves the stuff too for his hands so it's male approved ;)
