Is anyone willing to help me level up or mod in mw2?

I really need help, i am sick and tired of noobs who choose to camp or boost in maps and they ruin the match....I am to the point where i just want to have fun on the game, i have already prestiged three times and i want to mod or hack a profile and have either all weapons unlocked or be able to have an aimbot or something. I have a 2.16 k/d ratio and i am ready to pwn noobs so if someone could help it would be great!!
