Is there a plastic surgery that can re-pierce ears after plastic surgery to remove keloids?

I had keloids on my ears and had plastic surgery to remove them. I'm a jewelry sales person and it kills me that I can't market the product by wearing it. Converting everything to clip ons is a hle and the pinching/squeezing effect is wearing on me. I know that I cannot re-pierce my ears myself or the keloids will grow back. Is there a surgical procedure where they can recreate a hole safely without the cartilage freaking out, or if there is some type of prosthetic ear attachment that can be inserted or attached?
