Is there any soy formula without DHA/ARA in the US??

I have tried target and a local grocery store but almost all of the formula has DHA in it.. My little youngster is allergic to it and his formula has been held up in processing (don't know exactly what this means but I cant get it for a few days)... Does anyone know any formula with out DHA that is either soy based or hypoallergenic?
