I had a few times with my girlfriend last nite...?

Like 4-5 times, and now my hurts alot...Im serious about this should I ice it? Or what. No she didnt give me a STD...we've been together for 6 months. I got to work tomorrow and Im a salesman so I dont walk to do a penguin waddle upto customers. I know this sounds awkward... but I'm not going to ask my family for advice on this.
