I love the name Connor but my mother-in-laws name is Connie and I don't want people to think we named?

our son after her. I don't like naming my kids after anyone but she wouldn't be high on my list anyways, lol. If you knew the grandmother's name was Connie, would you think that Connor was named after her or is it not close enough that people would make that connection?
