How would u feel if u had to tell someone their loved one was dying?

i was just speakin to my aunty, and she told me she had to tell 5 families this week that their loved one was dying. i asked her how she felt and she's like, hmmm well i have to do my job don't i, and its just amazes me how she says it naturally.
