Can anyone tell me the signs of pregnancy w/ an IUD?

i also have mirena and i have the same "clots" too and im always crampy and in pain usually in the lower abdomin but sometimes worse on my left side...i know usually if you get pregnant w/ an iud in it can be ectopic (in the fallopian tube) which usually causes pain on one side or other, fever, and a few other symptoms...i think though that the pain and clots are more just from the iud itself...i got to the doctor on mon and i am going to ask her about it...i'll let you know if i find anything out
