Can you freeze watermelon?

I'm going on a big camping trip with 4 other family's. We are each doing a meal. My meal isn't till Sunday. I wanted to make some fruit kabobs for the kids. I don't want to spend hours of my camping trip cutting fruit. Can I cut up watermelon, mellon, strawberries and gs before hand and freeze them? I'm sure I can with most of these I'm just not sure about the watermelon.
