Hey has anyone been to the swiss alps???Whats it like in the way of money and things???

The Alps themselves don't cost anything... they're only mountains. But if you're asking about the costs of going there, staying there, eating there, traveling there... it's much like the rest of Switzerland: expensive. It can be less expensive, though, if you do it right. Staying in hostels instead of hotels, for example, or buying food from local markets and grocery stores than from hotel restaurants. The best way to see it is by car, since by car you have total freedom on where you can go in the Swiss Alps, and because the trains don't go to EVERY town and hamlet. I guess the rest of the answer depends on what specifically you want to know. The Swiss Alps are undeniably one of the most beautiful places to see in Europe, and despite the expense, they're worth it.
