How to figure out profit?

I'm trying to out how much we would make on candy sales, for example if we paid $6.22 for 165 (small) pieces of laffy taffy how much would we make if we sold each one for $0.25. and like if we bought 36 Twix bars for $17.82 and sold each one for $0.75
