Landlord-tenant lawyers?

We were burglarized yesterday. This probably happened because the intercom system never works and it was automatically buzzing people in. We lost 12500 dollars in cash and a 6000 dollars worth of gold. The burglars most likely got our information from our mailbox which doesn't have a lock. The super and landlord refuse to fix it for us. Also, the living conditions are not great. The boiler never works and the building is infested with roaches and mice. Where can I find a lawyer and do I have reason to sue?
