What is the medial surface of the brain?

Hello! Medial, by definition , means toward the mid-line or middle of the body. When viewing a diagnostic film of the brain, and looking at the medial aspect or surface, you are looking from the lateral aspect or side, toward the mid-line or middle of the brain.
