What should i do?

A guy offered me a trade, i would get Jim Tome, Roy Oswalt and some Khalil Greene shortstop guy whos started this year out ok, for Jimmy Rollins and John Lackey, i am VERY skeptical becuase i like Jimmy Rollins very much, and hes kicking @$$ this year with 5 hr and a pocket full of stolen bases batting just under .300, John Lackey too is playing really well. Would i be asking too much to offer him Rollins and Chris Young for Oswalt, Tome and Greene??? Jimmy Rollins is the player that the other guy really wants. What do u guys think?
