What transmission fluid is the better choice?

I have a 2001 Acura Cl. I am going to do a fluid change on it and I need to know which is the better choice. Automatic Honda fluid or Redline Automatic fluid. I have been hearing that Redline is better because it is synthetic but I would really like to know from some people that know a little about it. Thanks
