Yellow-Collared Macaw?

My friend has one and yes she is loud. She also developed a separation problem, started plucking feathers out. Bought another bird to keep her company, although the plucking stopped, the loudness hasnt. I guess it's just about how much you spend time with it, and how much noise you can tollerate. Her bird does speak, not a lot of words, but you can understand her. She is a very loved bird makes me want one! :)
