Overactive bladder at 19 years old?

that doesn't sound overactive to me. i think you just never used to pee regular becuase it actually is more common that females are dehydrated and dont pee enough, so i think that might be the case with you and now you are hydrated and peeing normal bc 4 times in 5 hours in very normal.
